Yinson Holdings has signed a contract for provision, operation and maintenance of an FPSO with Enauta Energia destined for the Santos Basin offshore Brazil, the Malaysian FPSO operator announced today.
EPCI works on the FPSO are expected to be completed by H1 2024 before the asset is sent to the offshore Atlanta field.This will be followed by a two-year operation and maintenance contract worth USD 505 million or a 15-year charter agreement including operation and maintenance worth up to USD 1.98 billion.
The two companies had previously signed a letter of intent for the works in December 2021.
